Harry has lived in Blackburn for more than 30 years and has been a Real Estate Agent all of his working life. After working in the local area as a Sales Consultant for a decade, in 1992 he commenced working at Allens (formally Noel Allen First National). It was not long before he decided to make the move into business ownership and in February 1994 Harry and his wife Katherine purchased the company.
On a daily basis, Harry liases between our three office network and has daily contact with a diverse range of people. Harry has always measured his personal success with the level of satisfaction experienced by his staff and clients. He is hugely popular with his staff, colleagues and clients who appreciate his professional , yet affable nature.
With offices in Blackburn, Box Hill and Doncaster you can be confident that Harry and his team of dedicated professionals offers a first-class range of services to clients, whilst maintaining a personalized, honest and consistent approach, the measure of which is in his longevity as a Real Estate professional.
It is not unusual to see Harry walking in the local area or at a local Viking's Basketball game with his sons Elliott and Giorgio. His other interests include: football, watching his boys play soccer and travel.

Clive Chan is a hardworking person with a never-give-up attitude who always offers his clients honest and accurate advice.

With over 11 years experience in Marketing and Sales in Real Estate (New Zealand & Australia), Clive specialises in both established and brand new homes and has generated hundreds successful sales through different market trends.
Clive believes the key factors of successful selling in real estate are comprehensive research, in-depth analysis and precise action.
He understands the buying and selling of a house is one of the most important emotional decisions people can make and his mission is to minimize this stress and achieve a transaction that leaves both vendors and buyers happy.

Prior to commencing at Allens Real Estate, Steven worked in Sales and Marketing. Having relocated from Beijing in 2004, Steven speaks fluent English and Mandarin. With a positive attitude, excellent negotiation skills and a strong commitment to all of his clients, Steven achieves the best possible result for them.
In 1998, he started his own company in Beijing called Today-Aussie - a major business which imported UHT milk from Australia and sold it to the China market. Targeting high profile companies, the company quickly became one of the most dominated suppliers in big cities such as north-east China, Beijing and Shanghai.
In 2006, Steven decided to move into the Real Estate Industry and work for a company that specialised in selling investment properties. Here, he was involved in formal training and completed his Agent’s Representative Certificate. Within the company he helped more than 1000 people start or expand their property portfolio.
Steven’s passion for Real Estate and knowledge of the local market has made him an integral part of the team at Allens.

George has been a resident of the Doncaster area for 15 years – the same amount of time he’s worked in Sales. He owned his own business for 3 years in between but was eventually led back to his passion – real estate.
Being a people person, George thoroughly enjoys the aspects of the job where he is given the opportunity to interact with people, negotiate, establish a person’s needs and then work towards meeting those needs.
George holds great confidence and is an excellent negotiator.
In his spare time, he enjoys the great outdoors like camping with his wife, fishing and soccer.

Glen McGready prides himself in achieving exceptional results for vendors.
After completing his degree in Economics, Glen initially worked as a graduate officer in the Public Service followed then by his desire to work in the private sector which saw him employed by a number of major corporations in a sales and marketing role, where extensive training helped him develop both his people and negotiating skills.
Looking to start his own enterprises, Glen ventured into a business where he worked with a sports magazine, a sporting goods business and later in the direct sales industry, where he was often a seminar speaker to large audiences.
His interest in Real Estate began early as he purchased investment properties and kept a close eye on the market. His transition into the Real Estate Industry was a natural progression and he thoroughly enjoys his work, where his vast experience with people and negotiating has helped many vendors sell their home for exceptional prices.
Outside of work Glen enjoys travelling, particularly overseas. He actively participates in sport including tennis, golf and skiing. He also enjoys time with his wife and 3 children and has an active social life with family and friends.

Abel has been a resident of the leafy eastern suburbs for most of his life, living in the Blackburn and Camberwell areas. He brings a sound understanding of inner eastern Victoria together and a strong commitment to customer service to his role as Sales Consultant with Allens Real Estate.
Abel immigrated to Australia from Taiwan when he was 17 years old. With strong language skills and a deep understanding of both cultures, Abel offers his customers in-depth knowledge and sales expertise.
After a long career in sales in IT business, Abel moved into the Real Estate profession to pursue both an interest and passion. Renowned for his attention to detail, personable demeanour and self-motivation, Abel exhibits great care when dealing with each client’s property and utilises his well-honed people and communication skills to get the best results for every client.
When relaxing, Abel enjoys a wild range of activities. Sports shooting, golf, badminton, fishing and camping are all his favourites.

Vivian is the Receptionist at the Doncaster East office. She supports the sales team in the daily operations of the office and describes herself as a dedicated and enthusiastic goal-orientated individual.
With the ability to speak English and Mandarin, she is able to interact with clients from a range of backgrounds. She is an excellent first point of contact with a positive attitude on the phone as well as in person, and clients immediately warm to her welcoming personality.
Vivian fits in well with the friendly and cheerful environment at Allens and is an asset to the team.

Originally from Poland, Monika moved to Australia in the 1980s and has been living in the Manningham area for over 25 years. For the last 10 years, she has worked as a real estate agent, marketing consultant, and as a mother raising a young family.
For Monika, real estate is about working with people; it is about helping clients to realise their needs and desires through selling or buying of real estate. She has never lost sight of the fact that any real estate transaction, regardless of the location, size or value of the property, involves the most important decisions people make during their lifetimes and works closely with them through this often stressful time.
Monika’s background in marketing and interior decorating has made a large contribution to her success. She has been able to offer valuable advice on marketing, promotion, presentation, and colour schemes that make substantial impact on property’s appeal and value.
Monika believes that her ultimate role is to develop and use her skills, knowledge, and experience diligently in order to achieve the maximum sale price for a vendor and the most desirable property for a buyer.
