Noel Allen first opened his office on the corner of Main Street and South Parade in 1970, and later purchased the ES& A Bank building at the current address of 17 Blackburn Road, Blackburn.

In 1994, Harry and Katherine Kyriakou became the new proprietors of Noel Allen First National.

To maintain a leadership role in property in the Whitehorse area, the company became independent in order to better serve its clients. In 1998, Noel Allen First National became Noel Allen Real Estate.

Currently, Allens Real Estate has three offices: in Blackburn, Box Hill and Doncaster East.

The company is renowned for providing a high quality of service, and this is proven by the amount of return business and recognition by clients.
